At the beginning of October 2021, FairPlay International JSC (FairPlay, FPI) began the construction of a new high-class, green, mixed-use building in Sofia’s downtown, on Yanko Sakazov Blvd., next to the Vasil Levski Monument and the five-star Hyatt Regency Hotel.

The total build-up area of the modern building will be almost 23,000 sq.m., of which over 5,000 sq.m. on an underground level, intended for garages and parking lots. It will also have seven high-speed elevators. A flexible interior design with "open space" offices and lots of sunlight. Tenants and guests will enjoy an extensive and impressive central lobby and luxurious meeting and relaxation areas.

The building will be certified as "green" and will meet the requirements for sustainable construction according to the LEED standard. Solar installations and many energy-saving systems are planned. Part of the roofs will have permanent intensive landscaping, which will reduce radiation. The occupants of the building and the surrounding areas will enjoy a beautiful green landscape.
