On April 19th 2013, the first edition of the international contest for architecture and most successful projects, the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Awards, was held in the Sheraton Sofia Hotel Balkan. The contest is annualy organized by the international real estate federation FIABCI, with the support of many public institutions from around the globe. Santa Marina Holiday Village, Sozopol, whose investor is FairPlay Properties REIT, was highly recognized winning both a Prix D'Excellence Award and the grand prize in the contest - the "Project of the year" award. The luxury five-star Arena di Serdica Residence Hotel, a project by FairPlay International JSC, was also awarded the Prix d’Excellence Award.
