The La Terrazza di Serdica Panorama restaurant will host a special gastronomic dinner on November 23, 2018, as part of the special culinary events schedule of the International Italian Cuisine Week (November 19-25, 2018) in Sofia organized by the Italian Cultural Institute. 

Chef Iginio Cortello will present a stylish tricentennial dinner of Northeastern Italian dishes featuring agnolotti stuffed with potatoes and prosciutto San Daniele, sausage stuffed quail served on Montasio polenta and a splendid apple pie dessert. The menu set for 60 BGN per person starts with a welcome drink with Prosecco and finger-food appetizers and includes a glass of the finest Italian wines with each course, as well as coffee with the dessert and mineral water.
