"FairPlay Properties" REIT was awarded as "Investor of the Year" in the "Tourism" in 2013 for its investment in "Santa Marina Holiday Village". The trophy was awarded to Manu Moravenov, CEO of "FairPlay Properties " REIT, by Branimir Botev, Deputy Minister of Economy and Energy, during the annual awards "Investor of the Year". The ceremony was held on 05.02.2014 in the "Balkan Hotel" where the organizers of the Bulgarian Investment Agency awarded the most significant investment projects carried out in Bulgaria in 2013.

"Santa Marina" consists of 80 three and four storey houses and commercial properties with a total area of over 126,000 square meters. Currently in the complex were sold over 1200 properties and invested over 134 million BGN. In 2013, additional investments were made, including the construction of apartments and a shopping center with an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant, luxury spa, supermarket, dry cleaners and four other stores. Year-round staff in the complex is about 150 people, and in the season their number reaches 500. About 70 % of the areas in the complex of over 110,000 square meters are dedicated to gardens, parks, alleys, parking and entertainment zones. The village is entirely a Bulgarian investment project which successfully combines good business model with proven management practices.
