Logistics Park Varna – on a plot of 132 000 sq.m. in Varna the company is developing the first and largest project of this kind in the city and the region. The project includes more than 120 000 sq.m. of modern warehouse facilities, offices and retail space.
In the summer of 2008 the first building in the park opened - Building A includes storage facilities and office space. Its unfolded actual size is 6 405 sq. m., 5 060 sq. m. of which are storage areas, 385 sq. m. are a fast-food restaurant and 960 sq. m. are offices. During the same year two more buildings were successfully finished and opened - Building A2 - 3 149 sq. m. and a Parking building - the first of its kind in Varna - with 340 available parking spaces.
Construction works of the largest planned logistic building, A6, are still ongoing. Its unfolded actual size is 11 595 sq. m., its height - 10.50 m. and its capacity is around 19 500 palette places. The other phases of the project are also ongoing.
Building permits for buildings A3 (6 444 sq. m. in project) and A4 (7 585 sq. m. in project) have already been issued. These buildings are planned as office and trading areas. Both buildings have three levels with a partial 4th level, situated at the north side of the property, facing the trading alley. Its ground floors will serve as a bank office, a fast-food restaurant and several different shops.
The park is planned to meet the expectations of tenants, looking for modern storage spaces, effective placement and a great working environment.
