The Holiday complex “Santa Marina” – Sozopol, received the subsequent admission by winning the award “The Best Sea Project” from the international competition “The Best Project of 2009”, organized by the company “Euro Design” LLC and  “BEST” Corporation in the frames of the event “Year of Bulgaria in Russia.” The prize was given on an official ceremony in the Sheraton Hotel on June 18, 2009.

The project has already been a prizewinner of the award “Holiday Complex of the Year” from the competition “Building of the Year 2006”, and its internet webpage was distinguished as “The Best site in the Real Estate category” at the international web festival “Albena 2008”.

Candidates for the prestigious award were 24 of the most luxurious Bulgarian holiday and residential projects with beautiful architecture, quality of the construction, ecological technologies and reach infrastructure. They were nominated in five categories – The Best Sea Project, The Best Mountain Project, The Best City Project, The Best Realized Sea Project, and The Best Realized Mountain Project.
