Logistic Park Varna obtained permission for usage of parking building A2G. The fifth floor building has a total build-up area of 10,000 m2 and it is the first of its kind in Varna and the region. The construction of building A2G started in the begining of 2008 and is in accordance with the approved investment project design. All construction activities were completed at the end of 2008.

Parking building A2G is situated over area of 1,877 m2, right next to building A2 and is designed to serve the employees and guests of the park. The total number of parking spaces is 340.

The traffic is secured with two-way ramps and signalizations. The building provides enough space for parking and maneuvering for cars and trucks with high safe-clearance up to 2.70 m. The parking has two inner staircases and elevators.. The building and its surroundings are easily accessible for disabled persons. The two ground garages offer controlled access using automatic barriers and card access equipment.

Logistics Park Varna is situated in the Western Industrial Zone of the sea capital. It will consist of 120,000 m2 total build-up area, which includes high quality modern warehouses, offices and retail space for lease. All the buildings have been professionally planned and offer maximum flexibility and potential for expansion. Besides the premises for storing of medium and fast moving consumer goods, Logistics Park Varna provides options for renting of specialized premises offering temperature controlled space and cross-docking facilities.
