On November 27, 2009 FairPlay Properties has started paying dividend for 2008 amounting to BGN 7.3 mln or BGN 0,13 gross dividend per share. The decision for distribution of cash dividends was taken on the General meeting of the shareholders, held on March 25, 2009.

"Dividends will be transfered in two payments - the first payment of BGN 6.141mln. was made on November 2, and the second – will be paid in December,” explained Manu Moravenov, CEO of FairPlay Properties REIT.

Since early 2009, the Company has concluded new agreements for sale of apartments for amouts over BGN 27 mln. The Company completed a further deal for selling the construction right at the value of BGN 4.4 mln in the last day of 3Q of the year.
